Description
The Kibblewhite Nitrided Valve features a one-piece stainless-steel construction with a stellite tip, offering exceptional resistance to wear and corrosion. A specialized nitriding process, with a .002" depth and a .0002" surface buildup, further enhances the valve's wear properties and reduces friction. This advanced treatment provides superior corrosion resistance compared to hard chromium and electrolysis nickel-plating. Its lightweight design and optimized profile ensure excellent flow characteristics, maximizing engine efficiency. Compatible with both leaded and unleaded fuels, this valve can be used with cast iron and bronze guides, allowing for tight tolerances, superior oil control, and efficient heat dissipation.
