The Kibblewhite Nitrided Valve is constructed from one-piece stainless steel and features a stellite-tipped design. It undergoes a specialized nitriding process, creating a fortified surface with a .002" depth and a minimal .0002" surface buildup. This nitriding process significantly enhances wear properties, reduces friction, and provides exceptional resistance to corrosion, surpassing hard chromium and electrolysis nickel-plating. Its lightweight design and meticulously crafted profiles optimize flow characteristics, contributing to improved engine performance. Compatible with both leaded and unleaded fuels, this valve can be used with cast iron and bronze-type guides, allowing for tight tolerances that maximize oil control and heat dissipation, ensuring longevity and reliability.
