Description
This one-piece stainless-steel valve features a stellite tip and undergoes a nitriding process that creates a .002" deep layer with a .0002" surface buildup. This treatment significantly enhances wear properties, minimizes friction, and provides excellent corrosion resistance, outperforming hard chromium and electrolysis nickel-plating. The lightweight design and optimized profile ensure excellent flow characteristics, maximizing engine performance. Compatible with both leaded and unleaded fuels, this valve can be used with cast iron and bronze-type guides, allowing for tight tolerances, superior oil control, and efficient heat dissipation.
