Description
The Kibblewhite Nitrided Valve features a one-piece stainless-steel construction with a stellite tip, enhanced by a specialized nitriding process. This process creates a .002" deep layer with a .0002" surface buildup, dramatically improving wear properties and minimizing friction. The nitriding provides exceptional corrosion resistance, outperforming hard chromium and electrolysis nickel plating. Its lightweight design and optimized profile deliver excellent flow characteristics. Compatible with both leaded and unleaded fuels, this valve can be used with cast iron and bronze-type guides at tight tolerances, maximizing oil control and heat dissipation.
