Description
This one-piece stainless-steel valve from Kibblewhite features a stellite tip and is fortified with a specialized nitriding process. This process creates a .002" deep layer with a .0002" surface buildup, significantly enhancing wear properties and reducing friction. The nitriding provides excellent corrosion resistance and outperforms hard chromium and electrolysis nickel plating in wear tests. Its lightweight design and optimized profile ensure excellent flow characteristics, maximizing engine performance. Compatible with both leaded and unleaded fuels, this valve can be used with cast iron and bronze-type guides, maintaining tight tolerances for superior oil control and heat dissipation.
