Description
This valve undergoes a specialized nitriding process, creating a hardened surface layer with a depth of 0.002" and a surface buildup of 0.0002". This treatment significantly enhances wear properties, providing exceptional resistance to corrosion and outperforming hard chromium and electrolysis nickel-plating. The lightweight design, coupled with optimized profiles, ensures excellent flow characteristics for improved engine breathing and power delivery. Compatible with both leaded and unleaded fuels, this valve can be used with cast iron and bronze-type guides, allowing for tight tolerances, superior oil control, and efficient heat dissipation.
