Description
The Kibblewhite Nitrided Valve is constructed from one-piece stainless steel and features a stellite tip, offering exceptional durability and heat resistance. A special nitriding process, with a .002" depth and .0002" surface buildup, significantly enhances wear properties and reduces friction. This process also provides outstanding corrosion resistance, surpassing hard chromium and electrolysis nickel-plating. The valve's lightweight design and optimized profile promote excellent flow characteristics, maximizing engine efficiency. Compatible with both leaded and unleaded fuels, it can be used with cast iron and bronze-type guides at close tolerances for superior oil control and heat dissipation.
