Description
The Kibblewhite Nitrided Valve is crafted from one-piece stainless steel and features a stellite tip for enhanced wear resistance. A special nitriding process, penetrating to a depth of .002" with a .0002" surface buildup, dramatically improves wear properties and reduces friction, extending the lifespan of the valve. This nitriding process offers exceptional resistance to corrosion and outperforms hard chromium and electrolysis nickel plating. The valve's lightweight design and optimized profile ensure excellent flow characteristics, improving engine efficiency and power. Compatible with both leaded and unleaded fuels, the valve can be used with cast iron and bronze-type guides, allowing for tight tolerances to maximize oil control and heat dissipation.
