Description
The Kibblewhite Nitrided Valve is constructed from one-piece stainless steel and features a stellite tip for enhanced wear resistance. A special nitriding process, penetrating to a depth of 0.002" with a surface buildup of 0.0002", further fortifies the valve, minimizing friction and maximizing wear properties. This advanced treatment provides exceptional corrosion resistance, surpassing hard chromium and electrolysis nickel-plating in durability. Its lightweight design and optimized profile ensure excellent flow characteristics, improving engine performance. This valve is compatible with both leaded and unleaded fuels and can be used with cast iron and bronze guides, allowing for tight tolerances to enhance oil control and heat dissipation.
