Description
This one-piece stainless steel valve features a stellite tip and is further enhanced with a special nitriding process. This nitriding treatment creates a hardened layer with a depth of 0.002" and a surface buildup of 0.0002", significantly improving wear properties and reducing friction. The process provides exceptional corrosion resistance, outperforming hard chromium and electrolysis nickel plating. Its lightweight design and optimized profile ensure excellent flow characteristics, maximizing engine efficiency. Compatible with both leaded and unleaded fuels, this valve can be used with cast iron and bronze-type guides at close tolerances, promoting superior oil control and heat dissipation.
