Description
The Kibblewhite Nitrided Valve is constructed from one-piece stainless steel and features a stellite tip for enhanced durability. A special nitriding process, with a depth of 0.002" and a surface buildup of 0.0002", fortifies the valve, significantly improving wear properties and minimizing friction. This process also provides exceptional resistance to corrosion, outperforming hard chromium and electrolysis nickel-plating. Its lightweight design and optimized profile ensure excellent flow characteristics, maximizing engine efficiency. Compatible with both leaded and unleaded fuels, this valve can be used with cast iron and bronze-type guides at close tolerances, providing maximum oil control and heat dissipation.
