Description
The Kibblewhite Nitrided Valve is constructed from a one-piece stainless-steel, stellite-tipped design, then fortified with a special nitriding process. This process enhances the valve with a .002" depth and a mere .0002" surface buildup, dramatically improving wear properties and reducing friction. The nitriding provides exceptional corrosion resistance, outperforming hard chromium and electrolysis nickel-plating. Its lightweight profile ensures excellent flow characteristics, optimizing engine performance. Compatible with both leaded and unleaded fuels, and designed to run in cast iron and bronze-type guides with close tolerances, this valve maximizes oil control and heat dissipation.
