Description
The Kibblewhite Nitrided Valve is crafted from one-piece stainless steel and features a stellite tip for enhanced durability. A specialized nitriding process, with a .002" depth and .0002" surface buildup, significantly improves wear properties and reduces friction, ensuring long-lasting performance. This process provides excellent corrosion resistance and outperforms hard chromium and electrolysis nickel plating. The lightweight design and optimized profile promote excellent flow characteristics, contributing to improved engine efficiency and power output. Compatible with both leaded and unleaded fuels, this valve can be used with cast iron and bronze-type guides at close tolerances, maximizing oil control and heat dissipation.
