Description
The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Engine Valve is CNC machined from one-piece forgings of EV8 Stainless Steel, ensuring lightweight strength and optimal flow characteristics. A specialized German infusion process enhances the valve's surface properties, creating a hard, wear-resistant layer that outperforms traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. This unique treatment penetrates to a depth of 0.002" with a surface build-up of 0.0002", improving wear properties, reducing friction, and providing superior resistance to corrosion. Each valve is meticulously designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software and rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench to guarantee optimal performance. The stems are coated with black nitroneg for enhanced durability.
