Description
The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ valves are CNC machined from one-piece forgings of EV8 stainless steel, ensuring lightweight strength and exceptional reliability. The valve profiles are designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software and tested on a computerized flow bench to optimize flow characteristics. A special German infusion process penetrates the valve to a depth of 0.002", with a surface build-up of 0.0002", drastically improving wear properties and reducing friction. This advanced treatment provides corrosion and wear resistance far exceeding that of conventional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating.
