Description
The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Engine Valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of high-quality EV8 Stainless Steel. This valve's lightweight yet strong construction offers excellent flow characteristics, optimizing your engine's efficiency. A special German infusion process enhances the valve's surface to a depth of 0.002", improving wear properties and reducing friction. With a surface build-up of 0.0002", it provides superior resistance to corrosion and wear, surpassing traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve undergoes rigorous design using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, with profiles tested on a computerized flow bench to guarantee optimal performance. The stems are coated with black nitroneg for added durability and reduced friction. Made in the USA, ensuring top-tier quality and precision.
