Description
The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Engine Valve is CNC machined from one-piece forgings of EV8 Stainless Steel, ensuring exceptional strength and lightweight performance. Its carefully designed profile optimizes flow characteristics, contributing to enhanced engine output. The valve undergoes a specialized German infusion process, penetrating to a depth of 0.002" with a surface build-up of 0.0002", significantly improving wear properties and reducing friction. This advanced treatment provides superior corrosion and wear resistance compared to traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve is meticulously designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software and rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench to guarantee optimal performance. Finished with a black nitroneg stem coating, this valve not only performs exceptionally but also looks great. Proudly made in the USA.
