Description
The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 Stainless Steel, providing a lightweight yet strong construction. Its unique profile enhances flow characteristics, optimizing engine performance. The valve undergoes a special German infusion process, penetrating to a depth of 0.002" with a surface buildup of 0.0002". This process significantly improves wear properties, reduces friction, and provides exceptional corrosion resistance, surpassing traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve design utilizes Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, and profiles are rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench to guarantee performance.
