Description
The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 Stainless Steel, offering a lightweight yet incredibly strong construction. Its meticulously designed profile maximizes flow characteristics for improved engine performance. A special German infusion process enhances the valve's surface, penetrating to a depth of 0.002" with a 0.0002" surface build-up. This treatment significantly improves wear properties, reduces friction, and provides exceptional resistance to corrosion and wear, surpassing traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve is designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, and its profiles are rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench to guarantee optimal performance and reliability. Finally, the stems are coated with black nitroneg to further enhance durability and reduce friction.
