Description
The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 Stainless Steel, offering exceptional strength and lightweight properties. Its carefully engineered profile maximizes flow characteristics, contributing to improved engine performance. The valve undergoes a special German infusion process, penetrating to a depth of 0.002" with a surface build-up of 0.0002", enhancing wear properties, reducing friction, and providing unparalleled resistance to corrosion and wear—outperforming chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Designed with Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software and tested on a computerized flow bench, this valve guarantees precision and reliability. The stem is coated with black nitroneg for added durability and reduced friction.
