The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Engine Valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 Stainless Steel, ensuring lightweight strength and optimal flow characteristics. Enhanced with a special German infusion process to a depth of 0.002", with a surface build-up of 0.0002", this valve offers superior wear properties, reduced friction, and exceptional resistance to corrosion. Each valve is meticulously designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, with profiles rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench to guarantee peak performance.
