Description
The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 Stainless Steel, delivering exceptional strength and lightweight performance. Its unique profile is designed for excellent flow characteristics, maximizing engine efficiency. A special German infusion process enhances the valve's surface to a depth of 0.002" with a 0.0002" surface build-up, improving wear properties, reducing friction, and providing superior corrosion resistance compared to chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve is designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, and its profiles are thoroughly tested on a computerized flow bench to guarantee peak performance. The valve stems are coated with black nitroneg for added durability. Proudly made in the USA.
