Description
The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 Stainless Steel, ensuring exceptional strength and lightweight performance. Its meticulously designed profile delivers excellent flow characteristics, optimizing engine performance. The valve undergoes a specialized German infusion process, penetrating to a depth of 0.002" with a surface build-up of 0.0002". This treatment significantly enhances wear properties, reduces friction, and provides superior resistance to corrosion and wear compared to traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve is designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, and its profile is rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench. The stem is coated with black nitroneg for enhanced durability and reduced friction. Proudly made in the USA, this valve represents the pinnacle of engine valve technology.
