Description
The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of high-strength EV8 stainless steel. Its lightweight yet robust design delivers excellent flow characteristics, optimizing engine performance. A specialized German infusion process enhances the valve's surface, improving wear properties, reducing friction, and providing exceptional resistance to corrosion and wear, surpassing traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve undergoes rigorous design and testing, utilizing Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software and computerized flow bench testing to ensure optimal performance. The stem is coated with black nitroneg for increased durability and reduced friction.
