The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Engine Valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 Stainless Steel, ensuring exceptional strength and light weight. Its innovative profile is designed for excellent flow characteristics, optimizing your engine's performance. The valve undergoes a specialized German infusion process, penetrating to a depth of 0.002" with a surface build-up of 0.0002". This unique treatment enhances wear properties, reduces friction, and provides superior resistance to corrosion and wear compared to traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve is meticulously designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, and its profile is rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench. The stem is coated with black nitroneg for added durability. Proudly made in the USA, this exhaust valve delivers unparalleled quality and performance.
