Description
Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ valves are precision CNC machined from one-piece forgings of EV8 Stainless Steel. This lightweight, strong construction features optimized profiles for excellent flow characteristics, maximizing engine efficiency. The valve undergoes a special German infusion process, penetrating to a depth of 0.002" with a surface buildup of 0.0002". This advanced treatment significantly improves wear properties, reduces friction, and provides exceptional resistance to corrosion, surpassing traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve is meticulously designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, and its profiles are rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench to guarantee optimal performance. Finally, the stems are coated with black nitroneg for enhanced durability and reduced friction. Proudly made in the USA.
