Description
The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 stainless steel, ensuring exceptional strength and lightweight performance. Its meticulously engineered profile optimizes flow characteristics, enhancing engine efficiency. The valve undergoes a specialized German infusion process, penetrating to a depth of 0.002" with a surface build-up of 0.0002", significantly improving wear properties, reducing friction, and delivering corrosion and wear resistance that surpasses chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve is designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, and its profiles are rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench to guarantee optimal performance.
