Description
The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Engine Valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of high-quality EV8 Stainless Steel. Its lightweight yet strong construction features optimized profiles that ensure excellent flow characteristics. A special German infusion process enhances the valve's wear properties, reducing friction and providing superior resistance to corrosion and wear compared to traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve undergoes rigorous design and testing using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software and computerized flow bench analysis. The stems are coated with black nitroneg for added durability.
