The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Engine Valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 Stainless Steel. This lightweight yet strong design provides excellent flow characteristics, optimizing your engine's performance. The valve undergoes a specialized German infusion process, penetrating to a depth of 0.002" with a surface build-up of 0.0002". This unique treatment significantly improves wear properties, reduces friction, and provides exceptional resistance to corrosion and wear, surpassing traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve is meticulously designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, and its profile is rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench to ensure optimal performance. Finished with a black nitroneg stem coating, this valve is proudly made in the USA, reflecting Kibblewhite's commitment to quality and precision engineering.
