The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Engine Valve is meticulously crafted from one-piece forgings of EV8 Stainless Steel, ensuring exceptional strength and lightweight performance. CNC machined for precision, these valves feature profiles optimized for excellent flow characteristics, maximizing your engine's power output. The valve undergoes a specialized German infusion process, penetrating to a depth of 0.002" with a surface build-up of 0.0002", enhancing wear properties, reducing friction, and providing superior resistance to corrosion and wear compared to chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Designed with Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software and tested on a computerized flow bench, each valve guarantees optimal performance.
