Description
The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Engine Valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of high-strength EV8 stainless steel. This lightweight and robust design optimizes flow characteristics for improved engine performance. A specialized German infusion process enhances the valve's wear properties, reducing friction and providing exceptional resistance to corrosion and wear, surpassing traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve undergoes rigorous testing using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software and computerized flow bench analysis to ensure optimal performance and reliability. The stems are coated with black nitroneg for added durability and reduced friction, ensuring smooth operation and extended lifespan. This valve provides excellent flow characteristics, and increases wear resistance compared to chrome or nickel electrolysis plating. Made in the USA.
