Description
The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Engine Valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of high-quality EV8 Stainless Steel. This delivers a lightweight yet strong valve with optimized profiles for excellent flow characteristics. What sets these valves apart is a special German infusion process. This process penetrates to a depth of 0.002" with a surface build-up of 0.0002", dramatically improving wear properties, reducing friction, and providing unparalleled resistance to corrosion and wear, surpassing traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve undergoes rigorous design and testing, utilizing Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software and computerized flow bench testing. Finally, the stems are coated with black nitroneg to further reduce friction and enhance wear resistance. Made in the USA, this exhaust valve guarantees top-tier quality and performance.
