The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Engine Valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 Stainless Steel, ensuring lightweight strength and exceptional flow characteristics. Its innovative design, developed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software and tested on a computerized flow bench, optimizes engine performance. A special German infusion process enhances the valve's wear properties, reduces friction, and provides superior resistance to corrosion and wear compared to traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. The stem is coated with black nitroneg for added durability and reduced friction. Manufactured in the USA to the highest standards, this valve offers unparalleled reliability and performance.
