The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Engine Valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 stainless steel, ensuring lightweight strength and exceptional flow characteristics. A specialized German infusion process enhances the valve's wear properties, reducing friction and providing superior corrosion resistance compared to chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Designed with Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software and tested on a computerized flow bench, each valve guarantees optimal performance. The stem is coated with black nitroneg for added durability.
