Description
The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 stainless steel, delivering exceptional strength and lightweight performance. Its carefully designed profile maximizes flow characteristics for improved engine output. A special German infusion process enhances the valve's surface to a depth of 0.002", with a surface build-up of 0.0002", significantly improving wear properties, reducing friction, and providing superior corrosion resistance compared to chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve is designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, and profiles are rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench to ensure optimal performance. Finally, the stems are coated with black nitroneg for enhanced durability. Made in the USA, these valves represent the pinnacle of engine valve technology.
