The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 stainless steel, providing a lightweight yet exceptionally strong component. The advanced profile design maximizes flow characteristics, contributing to improved engine efficiency and power. A unique German infusion process enhances the valve's wear properties, reducing friction and providing superior corrosion resistance compared to traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve undergoes rigorous testing using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software and computerized flow bench analysis to ensure optimal performance. The stem is coated with black nitroneg for added durability and reduced friction.
