Description
The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Engine Valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 stainless steel, ensuring exceptional strength and lightweight performance. Its unique profile optimizes flow characteristics, contributing to enhanced engine power and efficiency. A special German infusion process penetrates the valve to a depth of 0.002", with a surface build-up of 0.0002", dramatically improving wear properties, reducing friction, and providing superior resistance to corrosion and wear compared to traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve undergoes rigorous design and testing using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software and computerized flow bench analysis, guaranteeing optimal performance and compatibility. The stem is coated with black nitroneg for added protection and reduced friction, maximizing valve lifespan. The Black Diamond valve is a high-performance, durable valve that will stand up to the test. Made in the USA.
