Description
The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 stainless steel, offering exceptional strength and reduced weight. Its meticulously designed profile enhances flow characteristics, maximizing engine efficiency. A special German infusion process penetrates the valve to a depth of 0.002", with a surface build-up of 0.0002", drastically improving wear properties, reducing friction, and providing superior corrosion and wear resistance compared to chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve is designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, and profiles are rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench to ensure optimal performance. The stems are coated with black nitroneg for enhanced durability.
