The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 Stainless Steel, ensuring lightweight strength and optimal flow characteristics. A special German infusion process enhances the valve's wear properties, reducing friction and providing exceptional resistance to corrosion and wear—far exceeding chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve undergoes rigorous design and testing using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software and computerized flow bench profiles to guarantee top-tier performance. The stems are coated with black nitroneg for added protection and smooth operation.
