Description
Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ valves are CNC machined from one-piece forgings of EV8 Stainless Steel, ensuring exceptional strength and reliability. The lightweight, one-piece forging boasts profiles optimized for excellent flow characteristics, maximizing engine performance. A special German infusion process penetrates the valve to a depth of 0.002", with a surface buildup of 0.0002", significantly improving wear properties, reducing friction, and providing superior corrosion and wear resistance compared to chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve design undergoes Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) and computerized flow bench testing to guarantee optimal performance. The stems are coated with black nitroneg for enhanced durability.
