Description
The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Engine Valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 Stainless Steel, offering a lightweight yet incredibly strong design. Its meticulously crafted profile ensures excellent flow characteristics, maximizing your engine's performance. This valve undergoes a special German infusion process, penetrating to a depth of 0.002" with a surface build-up of 0.0002". This innovative treatment significantly improves wear properties, reduces friction, and delivers corrosion and wear resistance far exceeding traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Designed with Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software and tested on a computerized flow bench, the Kibblewhite valve guarantees precision and reliability. The stem is coated with black nitroneg for added protection and smoother operation, increasing overall valve life.
