Description
Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ valves are CNC machined from one-piece forgings of EV8 stainless steel, creating a lightweight yet incredibly strong component. The optimized profiles enhance flow characteristics, maximizing engine efficiency. A special German infusion process penetrates the valve to a depth of 0.002", with a surface buildup of 0.0002", significantly improving wear properties and reducing friction. This advanced treatment provides exceptional resistance to corrosion and wear, surpassing the performance of traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve is meticulously designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, and its profiles are rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench to guarantee peak performance. The stems are coated with black nitroneg for enhanced durability and reduced friction.
