The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Engine Valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 Stainless Steel, offering a lightweight yet incredibly strong construction. The valve's profile is meticulously designed to deliver excellent flow characteristics, maximizing engine efficiency and power. A special German infusion process enhances the valve's wear properties, reducing friction and providing exceptional resistance to corrosion, surpassing the capabilities of traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve undergoes Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) and computerized flow bench testing to guarantee optimal performance. The stem is coated with black nitroneg for added durability and reduced friction.
