Description
The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 Stainless Steel, ensuring exceptional strength and lightweight performance. Its optimized profile delivers excellent flow characteristics, maximizing engine efficiency. Infused with a special German process, the valve benefits from a surface treatment to a depth of 0.002" with a surface build-up of 0.0002". This treatment significantly improves wear properties, reduces friction, and provides superior resistance to corrosion and wear compared to traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve is meticulously designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, and its profiles are rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench. The stems are coated with black nitroneg for enhanced durability and smooth operation. Proudly made in the USA, the Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ valve offers unmatched quality and performance.
