Description
The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 Stainless Steel, providing a lightweight yet incredibly strong construction. The optimized profile enhances flow characteristics, maximizing engine performance. A unique German infusion process penetrates the valve to a depth of 0.002", creating a surface buildup of 0.0002". This significantly improves wear properties, reduces friction, and provides superior corrosion and wear resistance compared to traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software and tested on a computerized flow bench, each valve guarantees optimal performance. The stems are coated with black nitroneg for added protection and reduced friction.
