The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Engine Valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 Stainless Steel, ensuring exceptional strength and lightweight performance. The valve undergoes a specialized German infusion process, penetrating to a depth of 0.002" with a 0.0002" surface build-up. This innovative treatment dramatically improves wear properties, reduces friction, and provides superior resistance to corrosion and wear compared to traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve is meticulously designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, and its profile is rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench to guarantee optimal performance.
