Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ valves are CNC machined from one-piece forgings of EV8 Stainless Steel, ensuring lightweight strength and exceptional reliability. The advanced profile design maximizes flow, contributing to increased engine performance. Each valve undergoes rigorous testing using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software and computerized flow bench analysis to guarantee optimal performance. A specialized German infusion process enhances the valve's wear properties, reducing friction and providing superior resistance to corrosion and wear compared to traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. The stems are coated with black nitroneg for added durability and reduced friction.
