Description
The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Engine Valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 Stainless Steel. This lightweight yet strong design optimizes flow characteristics, enhancing engine performance. A specialized German infusion process penetrates the valve to a depth of 0.002", with a surface buildup of 0.0002", drastically improving wear properties and reducing friction. This advanced treatment provides corrosion and wear resistance far exceeding chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve benefits from Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software design and computerized flow bench testing, ensuring optimal performance. The stems are coated with black nitroneg for added durability and reduced friction.
