Each valve undergoes a specialized German infusion process, penetrating to a depth of 0.002" with a surface buildup of 0.0002". This treatment dramatically improves wear properties, reduces friction, and provides exceptional resistance to corrosion and wear, surpassing traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Designed with Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software and tested on a computerized flow bench, these valves deliver unmatched performance and reliability.
