Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ valves are CNC machined from one-piece forgings of EV8 stainless steel, ensuring exceptional strength and reliability. The lightweight design, combined with optimized profiles developed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software and flow bench testing, promotes excellent flow characteristics for increased horsepower and torque. A specialized German infusion process enhances the valve's wear properties by creating a hardened surface layer, reducing friction and providing superior resistance to corrosion and wear compared to traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating.
